Kimo & Mark spent years in the corporate world who decided they wanted to be their own boss, so they opened Hapa Pino — a food cart that serves the Hawaiian & Filipino flavors they grew up eating. Inspired by their dads' cooking, where breakfast = fried rice with an egg & some SPAM or Portuguese sausage. They wanted a logo that was fun, welcoming, and brought the love that they put into every dish. The sun, rainbow, and palm tree smile represent their Hawaiian and Filipino heritages.
